Coach Tom Ferry - Get Well Soon!

The Tom Ferry webinar that was scheduled for today, May 17th, 2011 was canceled and rescheduled.

We were informed just before the webinar today that Tom Ferry had been admitted to the hospital for an emergency surgery last night.  A scan revealed that Tom’s appendix needed to be removed immediately. He is doing OK now and is in the process of healing and recovering.

"The 5 Pillars of Lead Generation"

We asked Tom to provide us with a couple additional dates for makeup sessions.

Please go to to register for either June 7th, or June 14th.  Both webinars will be one hour sessions beginning at 10am Pacific time (1:00pm Eastern) and both sessions are limited to the first 1000 attendees

Folks, we had 2632 registrations to see Tom breaking a new record for the GoToWebinar platform, so we already know this is going to be a really hot topic and an awesome event.

On behalf Zillow Academy and the entire Tom Ferry Organization, we thank you for understanding and apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this may have caused.  Tom was the most disappointed person of all because this is what he loves, it his passion and they wouldn’t let him out of the hospital to come share his presentation with you today.

We ALL want to wish Tom Ferry a very speedy and full recovery. You can send Tom well wishes at or at his site

I cannot imagine Tom Ferry with even a slight cold - let alone really sick.  He is probably giving seminars to the nurses right now.  :)

Get well soon, Tom!

Virginia - I'm sure he's buckeled over laughing right now as he reads your comment, I know I did.  :-)  The only thing is... it doesn't hurt me when I laugh, But Tom probably reached for his side with a "DOH!"  lol~

Poor Tom, I hear that's a pretty painful experience.  Hope he gets well soon.

That is sad news, we will be praying for him and hope he recovers quickly. Surgery of any kind isn't something that is fun to go through.

My middle son had this surgery and I remember it being the most painful experience of his life. He was in a fetal position for days until the surgery. Toms Asst said he was in a lot of pain before heading to the hospital. Glad he made it in time to the hospital.

Dear Brad,

I signed up for the next one!  In the meantime - a compliment - I thought it was great that someone kept repeating the situation details every few minutes!

Have a happy day -

Thanks Lynn, I noticed that after 10 minutes even after I made the first announcement, people just weren't leaving and more kept coming so I just kept repeating what had happened and the current situation. It really worked well, you should see Tom's Facebook wall. :-)

OOOPSSS_- when it's time to come out - you better get that pesky appendix out.  Glad he found the problem before it became a huge problem.

A client of mine was on her way to see a home that I had on the market and she kept telling her husband who is a doctor--MD ( for the military), that she did not feel well, he had enough of her complaining and took her to hospital (canceling the showing) ---she went into surgery that afternoon for her appendix.

Wishing Tom and his family the best--heading over to Facebook.
